The promoter is Address Properties.
The competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
Entrants must be aged 18 or over and currently studying at, or due to start studying at, a university or higher education institution in Liverpool.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries may be removed.
The competition opens during Freshers’ Week and closes one week after the final Freshers’ Fair event. Entries received after the closing date will not be included.
Eligible entrants have the chance to win a £100.00 Amazon gift card.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The winner will be contacted using the email address provided within 7 days of the competition closing on Tuesday 29th September 2026. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Address Properties reserves the right to select another winner.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
