Today, we’re filling you in on some of those great deals that were featured recently in the series, so Address Properties tenants never miss out on the best deals while supporting the local businesses that make our community great.
Duke Street Market
First up in our Student Savers Series is Duke Street Market, right in the heart of Liverpool city centre, just a short stroll from Liverpool ONE. This buzzing spot is a favourite for students, offering everything from tacos and burgers to doughnuts and cocktails, and is perfect for grabbing a bite with friends after lectures. Best of all, students can enjoy 20% off mid-week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays with the code DukeSt20. This January, Duke Street Market is also offering 20% Tuesday to Sunday all January with the code DSMWINTER20. Many of our city centre properties are close by, as are LMA Performing Arts, Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts, John Moores University, and University of Liverpool campuses, making Duke Street Market a go-to for a tasty meal or weekend treat. Invisible Wind Factory
Next up in our Student Savers Series is Rhythm & Roll Skate at the Invisible Wind Factory in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle. This vibrant roller-skating night is a hit with students, combining funky R&B, disco, and hip-hop tunes with an amazing social vibe. Next in our Student Savers Series is Bagelry, an independent gem with locations on Nelson Street and Dovedale Road, that’s perfect for students craving something more exciting than a meal deal. Rounding out our Student Savers Series is Black Cat Bar on Smithdown Road, a favourite independent drinking spot for students looking for relaxed vibes, craft beers, cocktails, quizzes, and the perfect late-night hotspot. Located in the heart of Smithdown Road, and only a short walk from lots of our Wavertree properties, it’s the perfect local spot to meet friends without having to venture into the city centre.
