I have been a landlord using Address Properties to manage my small portfolio of house share houses in Wavertree for approximately 15 years. I have tried to be a good landlord for all of our tenants with AP’s help. The AP team has been and continues to be amazing.
All houses old and new always have maintenance issues but the team are on hand to fix, repair and replace the offending problem.
Managing expectations of tenants and teaching them how to look after the houses whilst they are living there. Eg to know the difference between damp and condensation and ventilation being the key solution.
Over the 15 years any mistakes or oversights that occurred have been rectified very quickly. If you are a student, young professional sharer you will be well looked after by Address Properties.
If you are a landlord you will have a lot of the everyday hassle taken care of by the team. I can’t recommend Address Properties enough.
